DISCOVERY CALL WITH A CARE COORDINATOR is a brief call with a skilled Care Coordinator who will gather some information that will be reviewed by our Clinical Director. What you share sets the therapist matching process in motion. You can request a particular therapist or our Clinical Director can match you based on the challenges you are having and the preferences you’ve shared in your Discovery Call. Care Coordinators are available to you throughout the week. Just select the date/time for your call and be assured that a Care Coordinator will reach out to you.
