Jane Cunningham is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University in 2001 and her Master of Social Work from Carleton University in 2015. She focuses primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy for Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (DBT-PTSD) and EMDR.

Jane has extensive experience in individual therapy and developing/facilitating groups. Her primary areas of specialization are borderline personality disorder, anxiety and depression, trauma, addictions, identity, sexuality, motivation, aging, caregiver burnout, relationships and emotion regulation.

Dr. Nicole Dignard completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Windsor and completed her pre-doctoral residency at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health with a focus on emotion regulation and trauma. Nicole has experience in psychological assessment and treatment of eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and anxiety disorders. She has a longstanding interest in embodiment, positive body image, and eating disorders and strives to create an environment in which all bodies can feel accepted. Her training and clinical practice consist of a variety of approaches including dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), emotion focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic psychotherapy. Dr. Bev Fredborg is a registered as a clinical psycholoigist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She has also been recently hired as an assistant professor at the University of Winnipeg; as such, she only offers virtual services to clients in Ontario. Bev has completed previous training at the Psychology Training Clinic at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto, McMaster University’s Student Wellness Centre, and the Borderline Personality Disorder Clinic at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. She completed her predoctoral residency at the Clinical Health Psychology program at the University of Manitoba, wherein she spent 6 of her 12-month residency working with veterans, military, and police officers experiencing PTSD and/or trauma-related symptoms, and the remaining six months focused on assessing and treating depression- and anxiety-related issues.

Bev has received training in dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and various trauma-focused evidence-based treatments (specifically, cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure, dialectical behavior therapy for PTSD, and written exposure therapy). She provides a warm and non-judgmental therapeutic environment that emphasizes the understanding and exploration of painful emotional experiences to create change. Sarah Hallett is a Psy.D. Candidate in Clinical Psychology at the Adler Graduate Professional School. She is working under the supervision of Drs. Shari Geller and Shelley McMain.

Sarah has completed clinical training in private practice working through a trauma informed perspective in assessment and therapy with adults and adolescents suffering from childhood trauma, addiction, adoption, anxiety, and depression. Sarah has clinical experience with parents/caregivers and their adolescents challenged with addictions and has delivered workshops and group work for these populations. Sarah was adjunct faculty at the Adler Graduate Professional School between 2017-2022, teaching their graduate certificate course in trauma psychotherapy.

Sarah offers a warm, non-judgmental, and supportive therapeutic environment to facilitate self-awareness, strength, and resiliency. She integrates various therapeutic approaches including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive-behavioural therapy for English-speaking people of Caribbean origin (CBT-CA), psychodynamic family of origin work, and Satir family therapy. Shelley Kavanagh is a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Art Therapist with 30+ years of experience working with young people challenged by emotional and behavioral dysregulation. She provides clinical consultation to Toronto District School Board schools, The Child and Youth Advocacy Centre and numerous community-based agencies. Shelley works with adolescents, young adults and their family members who have experienced trauma, are engaged in self-harming behaviors, and have difficulties managing intense emotions. She uses multiple modalities to support the development of a strong alliance with her clients. Shelley integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy, art therapy and mindfulness practices into treatment.

He has helped many individuals navigate challenges such as emotion dysregulation, interpersonal conflict, borderline personality disorder, anxiety, severe OCD, depression, trauma, substance use, and impulsive behaviors.
